Material Introduction

Processing Flow
Crushing
Raw material is crushed by jaw crusher and cone crusher to the input fineness of the mill (15mm-50mm). The crushing stage reduces large lumps to manageable sizes for the grinding mill.
Milling
Crushed material is transported to the feed bin and evenly fed into the mill for grinding. The mill grinds the material to the target fineness using rollers, balls, or other grinding media depending on the equipment type.
Grading
Ground material is classified by the classifier. Unqualified powder is sent back for regrinding while qualified powder continues to the collection stage. This ensures consistent product fineness.
Collecting
Fine powder complying with fineness requirements is collected by pulse dust collector and delivered to the finished product bin. The system operates under negative pressure to prevent dust emission.
